Peacemaking is inherently evangelistic. The Gospel is the message that Jesus brings us peace with God and with one another.

Peacemaking goes beyond being nonviolent to actively engaging in the work of mediation and reconciliation.

We can experience the presence of Jesus through small expressions of church, especially when we are on mercy missions of grace.
