The Lord's Prayer ends with a cry for help, reminding us that we are weaker than we realize. When we fail to forgive others or ourselves, we are partnering with the Devil to attack the Church of Christ. Jesus calls us to form and contribute to the community of the broken.

Forgiveness is the language of resurrection. Forgiveness breathes new life into failed lives, dead relationships, and sin sick souls.

Asking for our daily bread is asking for more of Jesus, the Bread of Life. Like Manna, Jesus is our daily Bread from Heaven.

The Lord's Prayer is our daily opportunity to run into the arms of our loving Father and find freedom, rest, and peace.

Prayer is a response to the God who has spoken first.
